| 1. | Membership of Optus Yes Tickets ("Program") will be offered at Optus' discretion to eligible Optus Mobile Digital Customers, Pre-Paid Mobile Customers, Internet, Telephony and TV customers. Optus Corporate, Small Business Customers and Optus Service Provider Customers are ineligible for membership. |

| 2. | By registering for the Program, you agree to accept marketing messages by email from Optus. You can also elect to receive marketing messages by SMS. |

| 3. | Each offer is strictly subject to availability and its own terms and conditions. These terms and conditions and the provision of tickets to the relevant event are the sole responsibility of Optus' Yes Tickets Partners. |

| 4. | Customers accepting Program membership agree to adhere to these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions of Optus' Yes Tickets Partners. |

| 5. | Optus accepts no liability for any loss or damage as a result of a delay in receiving an offer message or an offer message not being secure or an offer message not being received. |
